We would like to inform you of a new feature now available on our websites. It is called "Notify Me". This feature allows you to register for email or text notification of changes to the website. The "Notify Me" service is available for different areas of the website, including teacher webpages. Anywhere you see the "Notify Me" icon, you may register and begin receiving updates from that section of the website. You must complete the registration process for each section of the website from which you choose to receive updates.
Registration is simple. Open your child's school website and click on the "Notify Me" icon. A form will appear for you to complete. You may elect to only receive email notifications or both email and text message notifications to your phone. After registering on the website you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain a link to activate your subscription to this service. You must complete this step to activate your account. Instructions are also included allowing you to unsubscribe at any time.
This service also creates a master email list for the school system. Should school be dismissed early or other important information, you will be notified by email or text message. This list will only be used in cases of emergency at the district level.
